​​For a big part of my life, that was not how I experienced sex. I struggled with several issues around sexuality and pleasure, constantly thinking there was something wrong with me, but never really doing anything about it, instead, choosing to ignore it, keeping my head buried in the sand.

Then I went through something of a sexual awakening, a process of self discovery, and learning, and came to realize that in fact, there was nothing wrong with me, I was completely normal. We are just never taught about how women experience desire, arousal, and orgasm differently to men, and so we don't know that this is actually normal. What I learnt about myself, my sexuality, the experiences I was having, made me want to learn more, and help other women as well. I sought out further education and training that would give me the necessary theory, knowledge, and qualifications, adding to my lived experience, to bring all of this to the table as a Sexologist, Sex Educator and Coach, to help women and couples live a life with greater passion and pleasure. ​
