Sex & Intimacy Coaching
Every woman, and every relationship, deserves to experience true passion and pleasure

Spotlight on female pleasure and passion
Throughout history, female pleasure has largely been overlooked and undervalued when compared to that of our male counterparts. Education on the topic of female pleasure and orgasm has been sadly lacking, which is hardly surprising given that research in this area was effectively non-existent until very recently. It was not that many years ago that there was still great debate about whether or not the G-Spot was actually real!
Sex is good for you
There are so many benefits for both men and women from regular sex. Besides the obvious pleasure we can get from sex, there are a multitude of other health benefits, including: Reduced stress, better sleep, immune system booster, and improved mental health.

With a lack of education and awareness of our own bodies, combined with the taboos that historically existed around discussing sex and sexuality, it's no wonder that women can struggle to experience true pleasure and orgasm.
If you then add in the pressures of modern life - relationships, running a household, never ending chores, often picking up the majority of childcare and responsibilities, all while pursuing a successful career, it's no wonder our sex lives deteriorate - who has time for sex? Especially if it is not particularly enjoyable, in which case it can often end up feeling like just another chore.

If we are not fully enjoying sex and getting the pleasure from it, we will be less inclined to want it, especially as you pass through the honeymoon phase of a relationship. So how do we get to the point of being able to enjoy sex more, and experience those incredible toe curling, back arching, screaming out loud type of orgasms?

That's where I can help.
